End-of-Year Reflection & 2026 Sadhana Journey
An Online Event Via Zoom
A slow, intentional beginning
This offering is an invitation to pause —
to close the year with meaning,
and to enter the next one with clarity rather than urgency.
Instead of rushing into resolutions, we take time to listen.
Using the foundational teachings of yoga
Sthira & Sukha, Abhyasa & Vairagya, and Svādhyāya
— this journey supports you to reflect honestly on 2025 and gently clarify how you want to practice in 2026.
What This Journey Is (and Isn’t)
This is:
• reflective, not prescriptive
• slow, not overwhelming
• grounded in lived practice, not ideals
This is not:
• a productivity reset
• a goal-setting workshop
• a rigid commitment to daily practice
January is honoured as part of the practice — a month for listening before deciding.
What’s Included
✧ A Guided Reflection Workbook
Move through at your own pace, with journaling prompts rooted in yogic philosophy and nervous-system awareness.
✧ Two Live Zoom Sessions
Session One: Closing 2025 & opening the listening space (Monday 5th January)
Session Two: Clarifying sādhanā & intention for 2026 (Friday 23rd January)
These sessions are held gently, with time for reflection, small-group sharing, and integration.
✧ A Soft Approach to Sādhanā
You’ll be supported to choose:
• one small, realistic daily ritual
• one living inquiry to guide the year
—with permission to adjust, pause, and return.
This Is For You If…
• You want your yoga practice to fit your real life
• You’re craving steadiness and ease
• You’re curious about devotion without discipline
• You value self-study over self-improvement
No experience level required — only a willingness to listen.
A Different Way to Begin the Year
We are not trying to become better versions of ourselves.
We are learning how to meet our lives with steadiness, kindness, and truth.
~ Returning is the practice.
