What is Sadhana?
Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice dedicated to deepening your connection with yourself and your yoga journey. It’s more than just physical movement—it’s a commitment to exploring your inner landscape, cultivating mindfulness, and nurturing your nervous system through conscious, intentional practice.

Why Practice Daily?
A daily sadhana helps you go beyond the surface of your yoga practice. By engaging consistently, you foster greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance. This ongoing process supports the nervous system, allowing you to respond to life’s stresses with calm and clarity. Through traditional Yoga practices, including ASANA, PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION, MUDRA, CHANTING AND PHILOSOPHY and somatic techniques, sadhana guides you into a deeper understanding of your body, mind, and spirit.

What You’ll Experience in The Sadhana Connection:

  • Monthly Themed Learning: Each month, we explore a new theme designed to enhance your practice and personal growth.

  • Bi-monthly, Live Zoom Lectures & Q&A: Engage in interactive sessions where you can learn, ask questions, and get tailored guidance on the application of the month’s theme.

  • Live and On-Demand Yoga Practice: Join me for live yoga classes within the HOME PRACTICE STUDIO or access an extensive library of recorded sessions here, allowing you to practice anytime that fits your schedule.

This group is a supportive space for committed practitioners who want to deepen their practice, nourish their nervous system, and cultivate lasting change. Join The Sadhana Connection and take your journey inward with intention and community.

  • LIVE CLASSES ONLINE EACH MONDAY -9am

    (within the HOME PRACTICE STUDIO-free membership) (in the event of a month with a 5th Monday, there will be no class)

    alternating Monday’s, the classes will be

  • 60-75 minute Asana class

  • 30 minute Somatic practice (movement/pranayama/meditation)

  • Zoom lecture and Q&A Integration session- 1st and 3rd Friday of the month

ALL SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON REPLAY IN THE GROUP
