one based on awareness, responsiveness, and curiosity.

One based on what it is that is happening in your body and mind on your mat..

At the level of the nervous system…

Together , over the 6 weeks,

we will explore:

  • How to recognize what different states feel like in the body and mind

  • Recognize the state of your nervous system each time you come to the mat
    • How yoga can influence your nervous system state
    • How your nervous system state can influence the way you practice

  • Learn how to practice according to the state you’re beginning from
    • How to develop a more responsive, self-informed practice

Through asana, breath, pranayama, and meditation, you’ll begin to move beyond “doing yoga” —
and instead learn to listen to your own experience and respond accordingly…

Your practice, this practice,

is not about doing more…or less…
It’s about noticing more…NOT less…
