it’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of new beginnings, spring cleans, detoxes and new goals…
But according to Ayurveda and Yoga, it’s important to take things slowly and UNFURL at natures pace.
Join me on this 3 hour retreat and
begin the process of unfurling~
with gentle Yoga and somatic practices
—awakening the body, mind, and spirit into the tender light of spring.
We begin the UNFURLING at 9am,
take some time midway to share over a cuppa , and continue with Yoga Nidra and meditation before closing at 12pm
