Practical Yoga Asana, Breath, Meditation and Philosophy
This term is about discovering that yoga isn't something we only do in class.
It's something we can return to every day.
Each week we'll explore a practical yoga theme designed to support real-life challenges and experiences.
Through accessible movement practices, you'll learn how yoga can be used at home to support your body, energy and wellbeing.
We'll then build upon that foundation with relevant pranayama, (breath practices), meditation and philosophical teachings that help us explore the deeper purpose of yoga.
Together we'll discover that yoga isn't just something we practice.
It's something we live.
It's a practice that brings us home
Each week you'll leave with:
• A practical yoga sequence you can use at home
• A breathing practice to support daily life
• A meditation technique that builds week by week
• A meaningful yogic teaching to reflect upon and integrate
