A Seasonal Yoga Series to Begin the Year

Foundations is a gentle, six-week yoga series offered at the beginning of the year — a time to return to the essentials of practice with steadiness, care, and simplicity.

Rather than rushing into goals or intensity, this series invites you to

begin the Yoga year by reconnecting with the basics:

mindful movement, conscious breath, and simple meditation.

Each class is slow and spacious, offering a consistent structure that allows familiarity to build over time.

We revisit foundational postures, pranayama, and core principles of yoga in a way that is accessible, trauma-informed, and responsive to the nervous system.

This series is suitable for:

  • Those new to yoga who would like a clear, supportive starting point

  • Ongoing practitioners who wish to refine, slow down, or reconnect with fundamentals

  • Anyone seeking a calmer, more grounded entry into the year of practice ahead

Foundations is not about changing yourself or pushing forward.
It’s about creating a steady base from which the rest of your year can unfold.
