This gentle retreat invites you to pause, breathe, and return to yourself — just as you are.

Through a blend of GENTLE YOGA, SOMATIC MOVEMENT, MEDITATION, and YOGA NIDRA, we’ll explore how letting go of expectations can bring greater ease into your practice (and your life).

You’ll be encouraged to release the idea of a “perfect” practice and instead experience the power of slow, intuitive movement and intentional rest.

We’ll move gently, rest deeply, and reflect quietly — supporting your nervous system and your whole self.
